Evidence, not a slogan

What the service knows.

Neluora can see that opaque accounts and devices exist, which accounts have accepted a Connection, the audience identifiers needed to authorize a private Moment, ciphertext sizes and timing, storage use and delivery state. It can see an owner-chosen Display name only inside authorized private social contexts.

What ordinary services cannot read

Private Moment media, captions, descriptions and confirmed location; private messages, comments and Circle content; content keys; recovery phrases; and address books.

Limits that remain

Recipients can save decrypted content. Endpoint compromise can expose content on that device. Traffic metadata exists. Public Showcase derivatives are intentionally service-visible only after a separate review. Neluora does not claim anonymity or remote erasure of already decrypted copies.

Private-beta evidence

The current engineering report records implemented behavior, automated verification and remaining blockers. Independent cryptographic, mobile, infrastructure and privacy assessments remain required before public launch.

Future reporting

Before public availability, this page will publish capability-level availability, legal-request categories, safety actions and appeals without exposing private content or investigation details.
