Close circles need clear boundaries.

Neluora is for sharing real life with people who have chosen to be there. Privacy does not excuse abuse, harassment, exploitation or non-consensual disclosure.

Consent is specific

Finding an account does not create a Connection. A message request does not create a Connection. Joining a Circle does not expose every Moment. Respect every audience and do not move someone else’s private content outside it.

No quiet coercion

Do not threaten, stalk, impersonate, repeatedly contact after removal, or pressure someone to connect, reply, share media or make private content public.

Protect people in media

Share only media you have the right to share. Obtain meaningful consent for intimate or sensitive material. Never exploit or sexualize minors.

Blocking and reporting

Blocking silently prevents future contact and delivery where Neluora can enforce it. A private report discloses only the evidence the reporter explicitly previews and submits to the restricted safety system.

Enforcement and appeals

During private beta, Neluora may limit requests, revoke devices, suspend accounts or remove access when necessary for safety. Material actions include a reason and appeal route when doing so would not expose another person.

This draft requires legal, safety and pilot feedback before public launch.
